B-Complex is a customized plan, designed to quickly turn an ailing company around immediately, then gradually and systematically strengthen it into a strong and competitive company. B-Complex is a comprehensive 10-step program that utilizes both American and Asian styles of management to analyze and strengthen a company inside out, from all angles (sales, marketing, operations, and administrations) for immediate, mid-range, and long term goals. B-Complex combines several strategies that have been proven over the years, but when applied individually, each has its own limitations and negative impacts. B-Complex dovetails these strategies together, with a few new twists, to minimize, if not eliminate such problems. All the steps may not be used, some steps may be implemented concurrently, and the sequence may change, depending on the company's needs. Some, but not all examples are listed below.
